Your best Terlingua motel alternative, our Lodge is located in south Brewster County with Big Bend National Park to the east and Big Bend Ranch State Park to the west. It covers 425 acres and consists of the main office and gift shop, the Bad Rabbit Cafe, guest cabins, pull-through and back-in RV parks, private campsites and open campgrounds, an airstrip, a horse corral, a swimming pool, bathhouse, laundrymat and many other amenities.

We are in the Chihuahuan Desert and it is best to have a full gas tank when you leave Alpine heading south on Texas Highway 118. The nearest bank is in Study Butte. The nearest pharmacy is in Alpine. And although we have a restaurant on the grounds, you may want to bring drinks and snacks with you. We do sell beer, wine and ice.
